§ 94-85. School zones.

In and upon all streets abutting any school property, and for a district of 500 feet on either side along such street portions from the school property lines, and during the period from one-half hour before the school begins its daily schedule through and until one-half hour after the school ends its daily schedule, no person shall operate a motor vehicle at a rate of speed greater than 25 miles per hour.
