§ 94-86. Speed limits within subdivisions.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to operate vehicles in excess of 25 miles per hour upon public streets and highways within residential subdivisions located in the town, unless posted otherwise, and except as may be set out otherwise in article VII of this chapter.

(b)

Warning signs as to the speed limits in subsection (a) of this section within residential subdivisions shall be posted at, at least, one entrance to all such subdivisions and on public streets and highways entering the town, as appropriate.
