§ 62-175. Rental fees.

(a)

Fees will be charged by the town for the rental of the community center, which fees shall be set from time to time and a schedule of such fees is on file and available in the town offices.

(b)

The conference room at the community center is not available for rental, but can be only used in conjunction by local civic organizations' use with rental of the main room or separately. Allowed local civic organizations are shown in section 62-180.

(c)

Any church or church-affiliated group, recreational teams or political group or committee to elect a candidate must pay the required rental fee for the main room and kitchen.
