§ 62-2. Penalty.

(a)

The violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction in accordance with section 1-7.

(b)

Upon a conviction of any person, firm or corporation of a violation of section 62-114, the boat permit issued to such person shall be revoked by the town for the remainder of the year for which the boat permit was issued.

(c)

Upon a second conviction of any person, firm or corporation of a violation of sections 62-104, 62-112, and 62-97, the boat permit issued to such person shall be revoked by the town for the remainder of the year for which the boat permit was issued.
