§ 62-114. Dangerous operation of motorboats.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat on any lake or stream of water within the corporate limits of the town carelessly and heedlessly in willful or wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat on any lake or stream of water within the corporate limits of the town without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat on any lake or stream of water within the corporate limits of the town while consuming any quantity of any alcoholic beverage.
