It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat on any lake, stream, or
body of water within the corporate limits of the town if that boat is equipped with
over transoms, open headers, or any device which creates an unreasonable noise, or
is of such intensity or duration as to be a nuisance to others, or to be detrimental
to the life or health of others.
