§ 26-10. Operation of motor vehicles.

(a)

No vehicle shall be driven in a town-operated cemetery except upon the roadway provided therein.

(b)

No person shall operate a motor vehicle within a town-operated cemetery at a speed in excess of five miles per hour.

(c)

No motor vehicle shall enter a town-operated cemetery except for the purpose of attending funerals, visiting graves, or other lawful purposes.
