§ 26-11. Deposit of unsightly substances; removal of construction materials.

(a)

No person shall deposit any rubbish, waste, refuse, trash, or other unclean or unsightly substance in a town-operated cemetery.

(b)

All persons carrying structures or materials into a town-operated cemetery for the purpose of erecting monuments, markers, or other lawful structures shall remove the unused materials from the cemetery.
