§ 26-9. Proper decorum to be observed.

(a)

No person shall disturb the quiet, repose, peace, and good order of a cemetery, nor shall any person deface, remove, disturb, injure, to destroy any plant, tree, shrub, or bush therein; no person shall be allowed in a town-operated cemetery before sunrise and after sunset, or otherwise trespass upon a town-operated cemetery.

(b)

No person shall commit any immoral act in a town-operated cemetery under penalty of law hereinafter prescribe.
