§ 62-4. Bicycles, motorcycles, and mopeds restricted.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to ride or operate a bicycle, motorcycle, or moped within the playing or recreational area of any municipal park within the town. The operation of these vehicles shall be permitted only upon roads, bike paths and parking areas set aside and designated for vehicular traffic.

(b)

Bicycles, motorcycles, and mopeds shall be parked only in areas designated for that purpose or at such other places and in such a manner as to least obstruct persons using the playing and recreational areas. No bicycle, motorcycle, or moped shall be parked in any area designated for playing or recreation.
