§ 58-87. Electrified fences.

  • Electrified fences or barriers, or any portions thereof, upon any property or area within the town are prohibited unless other or additional impenetrable barriers protect passersby or the general public outside of the property from such electrified fencing or barrier. For purposes of this section, the term "electrified fencing or barrier" means such fencing or barrier being so constructed as to convey an electric shock upon physical contact.
