§ 58-86. Disturbing public meetings.

  • It shall be unlawful to disturb any public entertainment or meeting by:

    (1)

    Engaging in fighting or other violent conduct or in conduct containing the threat of imminent fighting or other violence; or

    (2)

    Making or using any utterance, gesture, display, or abusive language which is intended and plainly likely to provoke violent retaliation and thereby cause a breach of the peace.
