§ 34-115. Areas regulated by article.

(a)

Smoking is prohibited on and in all town property.

(b)

This prohibition shall not apply to smoking within a private vehicle and any other exceptions set forth in G.S. 130A-498.

(c)

The town manager, or his designee, may designate a smoking area on town property. Such designated smoking areas shall be clearly indicated with appropriate signage.
