§ 26-6. Transfer of lots prohibited.

(a)

No person who shall acquire a permit for interment in a town-operated cemetery from the town shall thereafter sell and convey that lot to any other person.

(b)

Upon surrender of the receipt evidencing the permit for the lot to the public works director, the public works director shall remit to that person the cost of the permit for the lot.
