§ 26-4. Superintendent.

The public works director shall be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, protection, preservation, and improvement of all town-operated cemeteries; the public works director shall promulgate all rules and regulations with respect to the use of town-operated cemeteries, and upon approval of such rules and regulations by the board of commissioners those rules and regulations shall have the full force and effect of law.
