§ 18-23. Exemptions.

No business registration fee shall be imposed on any business which is licensed by any of the state's occupational licensing boards, nonprofit corporations, on digital dispatching services for prearranged transportation services for hire, or on any other persons who are otherwise lawfully required to be exempt.
