§ 10-135. Terms of license; exemption.

(a)

The license issued under this article shall be renewed every year, upon proof of rabies vaccination.

(b)

County residents who are 65 years of age or older may obtain a permanent license for up to three cats or dogs, or any combination thereof, at no cost, provided that this permanent license shall be limited to no more than three animals per household. County residents may obtain a permanent license at no cost for a bona fide Seeing Eye or aid dog.
