Whenever vehicle loading and unloading zones are designated and described by this
division, and when signs are placed, erected, or installed, giving notice thereof,
it shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, or park any vehicle for any purpose
or period of time except in accordance with the requirements of this division.
