§ 94-79. Driving on town rights-of-way.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on any portion of any right-of-way adjacent to either side of any street or highway in the town, except for an emergency and use as access to and from adjacent private property.

    (b)

    The purpose of this section is to keep and maintain all town owned rights-of-way free and clear of moving traffic except for emergencies.
