§ 86-40. Application; fee.

Latest version.

All persons desiring a permit in order to make an opening in any street or sidewalk, as set forth in section 86-39, shall make written application therefor, which shall show the location of the proposed opening, the purpose thereof, and the approximate number of square yards of surface to be cut. The application shall be accompanied by the fee required by this section. The fee required for making any opening in any street or sidewalk shall be as established from time to time by the board of commissioners.
