§ 70-19. Intergovernmental cooperation.

The town will cooperate with agencies, departments and administrations of the county and the municipalities therein in the interest of furthering sound planning efforts. The town will also cooperate with state and federal agencies and departments also in the interest of furthering sound planning efforts with the county and the surrounding counties. The town will also cooperate with Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base in the interest of promoting land use policies to assist in the continuance of their mission.
