§ 62-199. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to promote the health, safety and welfare of those persons desiring to engage in hazardous recreational activities within designated areas of the town. This article is intended to comply with and supplement the Hazardous Recreation Parks Safety and Liability Act, G.S. ch. 99E, art. 3, and shall be interpreted in accordance therewith.
