§ 62-118. Removal of boats upon request.

It shall be unlawful for any person operating a boat of any description on Hope Mills Lake to fail or refuse to remove the boat from the waters of the lake when requested to do so by any law enforcement officer, lake attendant, or other person having the authority to enforce this Code.
