§ 62-105. Hours of operation.

Motorboats (observing no wake limitations) may operate on Hope Mills Lake between the hours of sunrise to one-half hour before sunset Monday through Saturday, and between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. It shall be unlawful to operate a motorboat upon the Hope Mills Lake except during the times set forth in this section and subject to the limitations set forth in this division.
