§ 62-41. Illegal conduct.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in illegal conduct in the park and recreational area adjacent to Hope Mills Lake. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, display, use, or consume any alcoholic beverage in the park and recreational area adjacent to Hope Mills Lake.
