It shall be unlawful for any person to be on or upon any part of the park and recreational
area adjacent to Hope Mills Lake between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise daily,
and no sunbathing or wearing of a bathing suit is permitted on Sunday before 12:30
p.m.
(b)
It shall be unlawful to swim in Hope Mills Lake except during the following periods:
from April 1 through September 30 of each year, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to
9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. No swimming
shall be allowed in such lake from October 1 to March 31 of each year.
