§ 58-168. Penalty for violation of division.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished in accordance with section 1-7.

(b)

In addition to any other applicable penalty, a minor under the age of 16 years who violates any provision of this division is subject to being adjudicated delinquent. The court may, in its discretion, impose any dispositional alternative that is provided in the state juvenile code for any minor who is delinquent.
