§ 58-1. Penalty.

(a)

The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction in accordance with section 1-7.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
