§ 50-6. Penalty.

(a)

A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction in accordance with section 1-7.

(b)

In addition to the penalties established by subsection (a) of this section, and the remedies provided by other provisions of this chapter, the town may also enforce this chapter by appropriate equitable remedies determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
