§ 46-2. Interference with county health officer prohibited; right of entry.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder, obstruct, or delay the county health officer or any of his assistants in the lawful discharge of their duties.

    (b)

    The health officer or any of his assistants shall have the right to enter at any reasonable time, with reasonable notice when inspections of residential dwellings are involved, any premises for the purpose of making the inspections or investigations as required by this chapter.
