§ 34-117. Penalty for violation of article.

(a)

Any violation of this article constitutes an infraction, and the person committing the infraction may be punished by a fine of not more than $50.00. Conviction of an infraction under this section has no consequence other than payment of a penalty. A person smoking in violation of this article may not be assessed court costs.

(b)

Each violation of this article shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
