§ 2-126. Duties generally.

  • The duties of the town clerk shall be as follows:

    (1)

    Give notice of all meetings of the board of commissioners.

    (2)

    Attend all meetings of the board, prepare the minutes of the board meetings and keep a journal of the proceedings of the board.

    (3)

    Act as custodian of all official town records.

    (4)

    Perform any other duties as prescribed by this Code, state law, and as may be directed from time to time by the board.
