§ 18-79. Required; application; fee.

(a)

In addition, every operator of a game room shall apply for and obtain a license from the board of commissioners to operate a game room. Application for the license shall be made upon forms provided by the town clerk.

(b)

The currently required application fee shall be paid to and collected by the town clerk when the application is submitted to cover the cost of administration of this division.

(c)

It shall be unlawful to operate a game room within the town without a license as required by subsection (a) of this section.
