§ 14-124. Appeal by owner.

  • Any owner who has received an order under section 14-123(c) may appeal from the order to the board of commissioners by giving notice of appeal in writing to the code enforcement officer and to the town clerk within ten days following issuance of the order. In the absence of an appeal, the order of the code enforcement officer shall be final. The board of commissioners shall hear an appeal within a reasonable time and may affirm, modify and affirm, or revoke the order.
