§ 14-22. Building code.

The most current edition of the state building code, as adopted by the state building code council and as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as though fully set forth herein as the building code of the town, to the extent such code is applicable for safe and stable design, methods of construction, minimum standards, and use of materials in buildings or structures erected, enlarged, altered, repaired, or otherwise constructed or reconstructed.
