§ 10-223. Enforcement by the town.

(a)

The responsibility for enforcement of this chapter is vested in the police department.

(b)

The town manager, police chief or any of their employees or agents authorized by the manager or chief may take any action, levy any fine or do any other action authorized in this chapter.

(c)

The fines authorized by section 10-222 are adopted by the board of commissioners and may be levied by the persons named in subsection (b) of this section.
