§ 102-133. Termination of licenses.

  • The board of commissioners, on recommendation by the chief of police, may terminate any license when it finds that the:

    (1)

    License was secured by fraud or by the concealment of a material fact by the wrecker owner, and that fact, if known, would have caused the refusal to issue a license.

    (2)

    Wrecker owner has violated any of the requirements or regulations established by the chief of police under this article.

    (3)

    Town is not satisfied with the general services of the owner or employees, or with the cooperation it has received while rendering service, or other justifiable cause.
