Each owner holding a certificate of public convenience and necessity may be required
by the board of commissioners, at the end of the fiscal year, or other time, to file
with the town clerk an audited balance sheet and an audited operating statement showing
gross revenue, analyzed expenses, net revenue, miles operated, cents per mile of classified
expenses, and revenue for each mile operated. The statement so furnished shall be
sworn to and filed for the confidential information of the town manager and the board.
