§ 102-61. Fees.

(a)

The owner of each taxicab who is granted a certificate shall pay annually to the town the currently required fee for each taxicab so licensed.

(b)

In the case of certificates issued on or after January 1 in any year, the fee shall be prorated for each taxicab so authorized.

(c)

These license fees shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other license fees or charges established by proper authority and applicable to taxicabs in the town.
