§ 102-25. Penalty.

  • (a)

    The violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction as provided in section 1-7.

    (b)

    Any person, or agent or employee of a corporation or partnership, who shall procure, aid or abet any violation of this article, or any regulation relating to the operation or licensing of taxicabs, shall be subject to the same penalties as if he were personally operating the taxicabs at the time such violations were committed. Upon conviction of a violation of any provision of this article, the board of commissioners may suspend or revoke any certificate held by the person and may revoke the driver's permit of any driver convicted of such a violation.
